Cancellation Policy

All cancelled bookings will incur a $20.00 administration charge.
Low Season
No refunds will be given, however if you provide us with 30 days’ notice we will be happy to credit any future booking if returning within 6 months.

Shoulder Season
No refunds will be given, however if you provide us with 90 days’ notice we will be happy to credit any future booking if returning within 6 months.

Peak Season (Easter, Anzac Day LWE, October LWE & Christmas)
No refunds will be given, however if 90 days notice is given we will be happy to credit any future booking if returning within 6 months.

Bookings Policy

All bookings require a deposit to be paid at time of making reservation

Low Season
All bookings are to be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival

Deposit equal to 50% for Cabins and 50% on Campsites.

Shoulder Season
All bookings are to be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival

Deposit equal to 50% for Cabins and 50% on Campsites.

Peak Season Bookings – (Excluding Christmas)
All bookings for Peak Season are to be paid in full 90 days before arrival.

Deposit equal to 50% Cabins and 50% on Campsites.

Christmas/January Bookings
All bookings are to be paid in full by September.

Deposit equal to 50% for Cabins and 50% on Campsites.

Photo ID
You will be required to present photo identification on check in

Parking
One car space is provided per cottage or site

– Additional parking is available outside of park grounds

Failing to show without notification
Failing to arrive on your arrival date without notification will result in the rest of your reservation being cancelled.

Caravan and Camping site allocation
Every effort is made to attempt to place guests on their requested site, however no guarantees are offered

Powered Sites
A 15 amp 25 meter power lead is required to reach all power sources.
Please come prepared as we do not supply power leads.

Amenities
Showers are coin operated – 2 x .20c are required for a 4 minute shower

Washing machines require 2 x $1.00

Dryers require 3 x $1.00

Day Visitors

You are more than welcome to have day visitors – a $20 per head fee applies per day. Prior to entering the park, day visitors are required to sign in to the office and pay their day fees up front.

We would just like to give you our COVID-19 safety plan along with a few rules – allowing us all to enjoy a happy, safe holiday.

Can everyone please abide by the following restrictions to keep everyone healthy and safe –

• Social distancing rules 1.5M will be in place, and good hand hygiene must be practiced
• No visitors, Please don’t invite any visitors into the park.
• Our amenities will be restricted to a maximum number of 3 people at a time whilst adhering to the social distancing guidelines. Laundry no more than two people at a time.

• We have implemented additional cleaning measures in the park, including all communal facilities

• For those who need to use our amenities – no more than 3 adults at any one time in the bathrooms.

• For those who need to use the laundry – no more than 2 adults at any one given time.

• Government imposed Social distancing regulations are still in place. Please ensure that these regulations are adhered to with no gatherings of 10 or more people.

• Group gatherings – no more than 10 people, 1.5 metres apart from one another.
• If you have your own amenities in your van please do NOT use the park amenities. This is very important.
• If you are in ANY way showing ANY signs whatsoever of not being well. PLEASE do not come.

• Please practice safe hygiene etiquette. Wash your hands regularly, cover your cough & avoid touching your face at all times.

A few little reminders also:

• Our park has a strict no fire policy – Gas BBQs only for cooking (this means no campfires of course)
• One car is permitted in the park per booking – any additional cars must be parked outside the park.
• Please – all children MUST wear helmets while riding scooters, bikes, skateboards (anything with wheels)

If everyone adheres to these restrictions, hopefully, we can all enjoy our time here without any further interruptions in the future. We don’t want another shut down – PLEASE!! We strongly recommend that you install the COVID SAFE app on all of your electronic devices to assist in the tracing of any outbreaks.
